1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Studio Ryzen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including photographers, studio owners, and any other person accessing the platform.
2. Description of Service
Studio Ryzen provides a customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for professional photographers in India - wedding, portrait, newborn, event, commercial, and every other kind of photography business. The service includes client management, booking workflows, payment tracking, WhatsApp-based client communication, inquiry forms, reminders and alarms, and studio analytics. Features may vary by subscription tier.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. Notify us immediately at support@studioryzen.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Payment Terms & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), engage in fraudulent activity, impersonate others, violate any applicable law or regulation, interfere with the platform's operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system. We may terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without notice.
6. Your Data & Client Data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create within the platform, including client records, booking details, and messages. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your clients before storing their personal information in the platform. Studio Ryzen acts as a data processor on your behalf.
7. Intellectual Property
The Studio Ryzen platform, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by Studio Ryzen and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Ryzen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Message delivery via WhatsApp, push notifications, or any other channel is subject to third-party infrastructure and we do not guarantee delivery.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
